All members met near Independence square Colombo and drove off to Marine Drive near Bambalapity via Town Hall, Darley Road, Galle Face, Duplication road and got on to Marine drive near Savoy cinema.   • The “Mini 50th anniversary” celebrations started off by the Mighty Mini Club with a Sunday Drive and Wheel Chair Donation. Over 40 Minis participated in this project. The Mighty Mini Club Sunday drive was towards Ja-ela on the 26th April 09.  Read more

  • Under CSR (Club Social Reponsibility) project Mighty Mini Club committee has decided to collect funds from members who wish to donate for the purchase of wheel chairs.  Wheel chair donated to  disabled people.  Read more.

  • The Mighty Mini Katana Autocross was conducted on the 8th of March at Pope Paul the 6th Maha Vidiyalaya grounds in Katana. This event was organized by the Mighty Mini Club as a members day and was in aid of the school development fund. A total of these events consisting 54 entries were conducted on a 450 meters gravel course. See Photos 

  • Mighty Mini Sunday morning drive is the first event for year 2009. Over 30 cars took part and all participants received Mighty Mini Pocket Calendar given away with the complements of the club. All cars drove off in procession to  Maharagama. Mr. Nimal Gunaratnes sponsored an excellent breakfast for all participants at his residence at Daham Mw, Maharagama. After a sumptuous breakfast all cars drove off from Maharagam through Talawatugoda and to Panagoda and met up for lunch sponsored by Mr. Wiki Wickramasinghe at his residence. All members were offered a grand lunch. Mighty Mini Club thanks Mr. Nimal Gunaratnes and his family and Mr. Wickramashinge and family for the kind hospitality and sponsorship. See Photos

  • The Mighty Mini Sonic Autocross was held on Sunday 9th November at the newly laid Sonic Motorsports track adjacent to the Hotel Villa Ocean View at Wadduwa.cForty four members of the Mighty Mini club competed in this event which was sponsored by Piagio (Abans Ltd) and ran over a distance of two laps of a 400 mete gravel track.   • Minis took part in celebrating 100 Year of Rugby in Sri Lanka on 19th Oct 2008. We had 20 Minis and Mokes taking part at very short notice.  See photos from the event.

  • Mighty Mini Go Green drive was a success with over 70 cars taking part. Most of the cars passed the emission testing that is to be implemented in Sri Lanka soon. See photos.
  • A good turnout for 21st Sept Sunday drive with a line up of over 40 cars. All enjoyed a good drive starting from Marine drive through Bambalapitiya, Town Hall, Darley Road and to the fast lane on D R Wijayawardena Mawatha then via Boralla and ending up near Parliament grounds.
  • The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Mighty Mini Club of Sri Lanka was  held on Wednesday, 20th of August 2008 at the Fingara Town & Country Club.
